Fuel tank vent stub, part number 2B001203/AP8102503, item 13 in the diagram.

This is an OEM item and so it will fit with ease. These can sometimes become blocked which can cause a build up of water within the pipes that run through the fuel tank. If that happens, you may find water is then deposited into your fuel which is never a good thing.
