This is the pin and nut, part number AP8113719, item number 8 in the diagram, that keeps the lever attached on your Aprilia motorcycle.
Sometimes the pin becomes stuck tight which in turn means the screwdriver groove becomes rounded off and damaged during it's removal. As this is a direct replacement part, it will fit with no problems and have a fresh head for the screwdriver to slot into.
Just a quick note to say that it can be found on both the brake and clutch levers of some models.
