V4 Exhaust Stud, 857035

Fitment - RSV4 09-20, Tuono 11-20, RS660 20-, Tuono 660 20-

Genuine Aprilia exhaust stud, part number 857035, item number 2 in the diagram.

These are what the exhaust header flange locates onto and then a nut fitted to hold that on. Over time they can seize and unfortunately snap when being removed or come out with the nut still attached.

As you will see from the image, there are 2 different thread sizes and so it is imperative that they are fitted the correct way. We highly recommend using a small amount of thread lock when inserting them and cleaning the threads within the head beforehand.
